Shipping Procedures

We will ship your merchandise by ground in one of three way UPS, FedEx or USPS and we will notify you via email as soon as it has been shipped. If applicable we will also provide a tracking number so you can keep track of your package(s). The customer is responsible for the standard and express delivery charges that apply as outlined below. All orders totaling $50.00 fifty dollars or more will be shipped by standard delivery free of charge. All merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our facility and should be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving merchandise if it is unacceptable due to shipping damage or any other form of damage. If you do not contact us within 5 days we will not be able to replace or reimburse the cost of your merchandise.

All Standard orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-2 business days.

All express orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time, Monday through Friday, are processed with 1 business day. Express orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses.

Standard Delivery

Order shipped Standard service will be delivered via UPS or USPS within 3-7 business days.

Signature Required

Shipments with a merchandise value of $200 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

Customers will be required to pay actual shipping costs for all merchandise shipped out of the United States, including Canada.

Returns & Price Adjustment Policy

Merchandise may be returned by mail if defective, or unwashed and unworn with tags intact, with a receipt only. All returns notification must be made within 5 days to customer service and the merchandise must be returned to My Little One, Inc. within 10 days of original receipt.The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of all returned goods.All sales are final after 5 days of receipt without return notification. Online orders cannot receive price adjustments in the event of a sale or price adjustment. Please contact customer service within 5 days of original receipt to notify us of a return mailing.

Exchanges and Refunds

We will not exchange any item unless there was an error made on our part, such as sending you the wrong item, color, size, etc. We will not refund any item unless the reasons follow the standards set under the terms of the returns and price adjustment policy.
