Does My Little One have a store location?

Currently, My Little One is only on-line. We plan on opening our first store in Dallas,TX in the Spring of 2008.

Can you tell me more about My Little One?

My Little One is an on-line retailer of clothing for infants and young children. My Little One carries a carefully selected assortment of adorable quality brands such as Scrumptious® and Tuti Fruiti. When shopping on-line our goal is to provide a complete shopping experience where friendly, knowledgeable customer service representatives are always eager to assist you. Shop with confidence that you will find the latest styles and adorable outfits - all at a great price!

How do I find out about new merchandise, promotions and contests?

Join our mailing list and be the first to know about new merchandise, promotions and contests. To join the mailing list for My Little One go to the homepage and click on the link in the upper right hand corner of the page,the link is also located on most of the pages on the website. You may unsubscribe to the service at anytime.

How do I place an order online?

Simply select the size, color and quantity of the item you would like and then click 'Add to Shopping Bag'. Once you are finished shopping, click on 'checkout' and follow the instructions to process your order.

What method of payments do you accept?

For your convenience, we accept all major charge cards for online purchases including Paypal: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept check and ACH.

Will my credit card information be secure?

The protection of your personal information is a priority to My Little One. That is why we have taken measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information you provide. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol encryption technologies to ensure your information is encrypted while being transmitted over the internet. Please note that certain browsers and firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers.

What are your shipping and handling charges?

The shipping cost is based on the total purchase amount. Delivery for purchases of $50.00 or more are free for standard delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The total time it will take to receive your order includes the shipping plus the time it takes to process the order. Please allow for processing time as stated below and an additional 5-7 days for shipping via standard delivery and 1 – 2 days (next day or two day) for express delivery.

All Standard orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 – 2 business days.

All express orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Central Daylight Time, Monday through Friday, are processed with 1 business day.

Will I be charged sales or other taxes?

Sales tax will be automatically calculated during the checkout process according to applicable local and state laws.

Can I cancel, update, or change an order after I place it?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact customer service for the status of your order. If the order has already been shipped please follow our return procedures. If you would like to add to your order after the first order has already been shipped separate shipping charges will be applied.

Can I email my order to you?

For the protection of your personal information we do not accept orders via email.

How are you able to offer such low prices?

We maintain low overhead costs, we buy our merchandise in bulk and we pass our savings on to our customers.

How do I care for merchandise I purchase?

A variety of different materials and brands are sold on-line, therefore we suggest that you follow the care instructions detailed on each individual item you purchase.

What brand name are the clothes?

My Little One is only a retailer of clothing for infants and young children; we do not carry our own brand of clothes. My Little One carries a carefully selected assortment of adorable quality brands such as Scrumptious and Tuti Fruiti.

Do you have a size chart?

No, since we carry an assortment of brands we do not have an official size however the size chat below has general guidelines to follow. We recommend that you purchase the size that your child typically wears. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your size selection please contact customer service within 5-days of receipt for an exchange.

How do I remove my information from your email mailing list?

Please contact our customer service department or email us directly at mylosales@mylittleoneusa.com and request that you we remove your information from our email mailing list.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please allow for standard processing times and upon shipment customer service will email a tracking number, if available or customers will be notified of shipment. The tracking number can be used to locate the status of your order. If your order is not received in a reasonable time please contact customer service.

What will you do with my contact information if I join your list?

Information obtained from joining our mailing list is used by My Little One, Inc. only and is to inform shoppers of new products, promotions, contests and arrivals at My Little One, Inc. We do not sell our customer list to third-parties.
